Here at TEAM TMF I have helped over 200 women transform their life physically, mentally and everything in between With 3 years gym floor experience and around 6000 PT hours under my belt I can help you achieve all of your goals from loosing dress sizes, holiday prep, gaining weight, building muscle, to performance and competition related goals for example competing in a hyrox, or running that 10k. online
Bespoke online experience developing all areas of physique for people who need extra support and guidance and want to expand their current knowledge to maximise their performance and physique

1:1 PT sessions
Bespoke in person coaching helping develop particular areas of concern with posture, performance or confidence. Very individual experience specific to the particular client

Group pt sessions
It is affordable training while keeping it accessible because the timetable is open each week to pick 1-3 sessions from with a maximum of 5 people per session to keep the quality / attention of a 1-1 personal training session but you get 1-4 besties to train with each week.
