Hello everyone my name is Tasha,
I found fitness several years ago when I had for the longest time always been the girl who struggled with self doubt and body image issues and especially after coming from competitive sport from a young age and dropping out due to injury I felt like a ‘failure’ and like I had lost my purpose in life outside of the normal expectation to go to uni and do medicine like I had always said I wanted and again when I wasn’t getting the grades I needed feeling like I had let myself and the people around me down.
I found the gym as a hobby when I was 16 to take up some of my free time as a hyper productive person I just wanted to keep busy. I tried and tried and kept failing I just couldn’t understand where I was going wrong.

I had my first PT when I was 17 and it changed my life to be honest. I had found whole new level of discipline and determination and that second person I wanted to make proud by achieving my goals.
When I was 18 it just didn’t feel right to go to uni as I just couldn’t afford it so I decided to save up and go the next year. In lockdown while I was working from home an advert came up for a course and I decided to be productive with all my free time again and sign up.
Within 6 months I was qualified, was doing sessions outside in lockdown every hour I could and wanted to get a job in a gym. After a few rejections I landed at TF. However, 2 weeks into leaving my full time job to go full time PT, another lockdown. So I had no job and needed to do something and there birthed the live workouts.
3 months of solid graft to try and build something to show myself I could make it work no matter what.
Fast forward 3 years I have been through every set back in my journey possible. I have failed, been rejected laughed at and questioned every decision I’ve ever made. People would constantly say’ are you sure you want to trade a medical career for PTing in a gym’ I’ve followed my heart and my gut and never given up to this day and I want to share that with every person who’s on my team. Make them feel the kind of peace the gym brought to me. A confused girl who wanted an outlet to feel better about herself.

Saturdays are our favourite day of the week here at TMF. Saturday Send is a free session hosted by me every week for all clients to get involved with. Each week clients from online, group, and 1:1 get together to SEND IT with me. Everyone is welcome!

Alex
Hi my name is Alex and I’m the success and accountability coach at TMF coaching. I started my journey 2 years ago with absolutely no confidence or idea about the gym and just wanted to feel happy and confident in myself again. After throwing myself in at the deep end I have managed transformations, body recomps and learnt a lot about training and nutrition.I have also competed in local comps, Crossfit and Hyrox and found a love for performance style training.
Being a part of team TMF has completely transformed my life and helped me regain the confidence I once lost. I have faced every high and low, every battle and accomplishment and want to help you do the same. As a success and accountability coach, i will guide and support you through the entire process to get you to where you want to be.

Leanne
Hi everyone, my name is Leanne and I am a Sport injury and Rehab Clinic!
I was a Track Sprint Cyclist to a High National standard at the Manchester Velodrome. I was on the GB Development Team from 2015-2016 and also worked in Para-cycling as a Tandem Pilot throughout my career and hold several British Titles alongside some amazing para-athletes I met!
I’ve always been sporty growing up, doing different sports ranging from Waterpolo to Dancing but cycling generated the interest in my career the most from a few injuries I sustained!
I studied Sport Rehabilitation at Bolton University, finishing in 2022 having worked with Salford City’s 1st team, British Taekwondo, Wigan Warriors RL, Bolton Spinal Injury Clinic and jumped straight into the Deep end starting up my own business LH Sport Rehab in 2022…
I’ve recently joined the team at TMF and I’m here for all your injury and rehabilitation needs. As a part of the team I train with Tasha and I’m currently prepping for a Fitness shoot in August, Half Mara in September all within TMF.
