About 20 weeks ago I said to my coach @gcperformancecoaching that I wanted to do a photoshoot. I had been dieting on and off for a few months but knew I wanted to lock in. I had a few pictures done earlier in March and I just wasn’t happy with how I looked

I mentioned the idea to Alex and she jumped straight on board. Then what we call snowball effect happened with around 1/3 of my team all eager to get stuck in.

25 girls, 100s of total Ib loss and lots of muscle gained

and a whole lot of fun later @mohussxin absolutely smashed it. I have been friends with mo for around a decade and have worked with him on a few projects over the years and I think it’s so nice to see eachother level up in the time we’ve worked together. I can’t thank him enough for the time and dedication he’s put into this project with me and for making the girls extremely at ease

To my team @alex.efit @lh_sport.rehab I couldn’t be more proud to have you two leading from the front. You both make me extremely proud to have you represent my little brand.

Alex, thankyou for being the glue to me and to TMF. You really are an inspiration and I am so lucky to have you by my side every day and I know what we are creating is something very special

And for my best mate @liamshallicker for putting up with me every day, making me my breakfast so I don’t have to stress, prepping my meals, logging my macros, pushing me to do my sessions, my steps, my runs. About 6 weeks ago my head fell off and he pulled me straight out of it and I would not be half the person I am today without you.
